The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs on-site installation of new systems at the customer\u2019s location;<\/li>\n<li>Performs periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations;<\/li>\n<li>Provides support (both at Cosmic and on-site) for installed systems;<\/li>\n<li>Processes incoming returns from customers;<\/li>\n<li>Updates company databases with technical findings from the work performed;<\/li>\n<li>Reports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for:<\/li>\n<li>Validation\/repair of ATE components<\/li>\n<li>Validation\/repair of interface board components<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma in electronics or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1)<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel an average of 25%\u201330% of the days in the year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The position includes an annual gross salary of 26-30k \u20ac<br \/>\n<strong>Work location: Altopascio (LU)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-69299","job-position","type-job-position","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosmic-group.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position\/69299","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosmic-group.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosmic-group.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job-position"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cosmic-group.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=69299"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
